Successfully handled a wrongful death case to settlement involving a child struck by an eighteen wheeler truck. Was successful at trial involving claims of disability discrimination in Washington County, Texas. Was successful at trial involving claims of neglect at a nursing home in Tarrant County, Texas. Was successful at trial in Federal Court involving claims of retaliation and wrongful termination. Successfully handled a construction dispute involving allegations of fraud and/or negligent construction. Successfully argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and was able to reverse a ruling of lack of personal jurisdiction in a case involving breach of contract and fraud. Successfully obtained a final judgment against a California corporation in Waco, Texas for failure to pay sums due and owing pursuant to a contract.
